Enter complete information:

• Address: enter the address (also write unsigned or English)
• Country: select Vietnam
• Phone: phone number (no need to enter)
• Fax: also (no input required)
• Check the box "I have read and I accept the domain policy"
• After entering the password, press "Create"

Check your email for login information

After successful login

• Select "New Domain"
• Enter the full domain name, for example "tenmien.eu.org"
• In the section Name servers enter the record pointing to hosting. It has the form "ns1.xyz.com", "ns2.xyz.com"depending on each hosting will be different.

Press "Submit" -> Show"Done"It's done.

To know exactly if the domain name has been submitted, please do "Submit" 2nd time -> Show "IGNORED: you already have a pending request xxxxxxxxxx-arf-xxxxxx for that domain"

Wait few hours or some days or maybe some week You will receive a successful registration notification via email.
