Instructions for adding/changing Email and Phone Number information in WOT Blitz

In case you lose E-mail nice Phone number If you have linked your WOT Blitz account, you will need to create a ticket for WarGaming so that the support staff can manually change it.

Step by step to create a ticket (support ticket)

In case of adding/changing Phone Number but Email cannot be accessed to get verification code

Step 1: Visit the page Player Support to create a support ticket for the game WOT Blitz.

Step 2: Click on Contact Support

Step 3: Select Account Management → Press CONTINUE.

Step 4: Select Change account data → Press CONTINUE.

Step 5: Select Linking/removing phone number → Press CONTINUE.

Step 6: Click the button CREATE TICKET.

Step 7: Fill in your account information in the form as shown below.

In the section Describe your issue you can use Google Translate to translate into English. Just clearly state what you want to change + attach the game login photo that you prepared in the step above (The more photos related to the account, the better).

For example, for the above sample text, remember to replace [email protected] and +84123456789 according to your information:

- Because my email ([email protected]) is not accessible to receive the code to change the phone number.
- Please add the phone number (+84123456789) to my account.
- Thank you very much.

Step 8: Click the button SEND TICKET to submit a support ticket to change information.

That's it, you just need to wait a few minutes until 24 hours for a response or you can check at the link MY TICKETS.

In case you forget your game login password

This case will be more complicated because it requires many verifications. You create another new account or use the second account to write a ticket for the account that needs to be retrieved.

Information needed to increase the rate of getting your account back:

1. Image of the account (with the account name displayed).
2. Last logged in on what device? What is your internet provider? What province is the login location?
3. Old Email Name, Old Phone Number, Last game account password that you still remember.
4. How much gold has been deposited or what was the most recent deposit, the more specific the time the better.

The way to create a ticket is the same as above, but this time you only ask them to reset the game password. If successful, the ticket response will have a link for you to change your password.
