Zoho Mail: Free Domain Email Creation Service

Are you looking for a professional, secure and free email service for your business?
Need an email address under your own domain name to increase your credibility and brand recognition?
Want an email system that syncs with other online office applications?
The answer is yes, Zoho Mail is the service you need.
Zoho Mail is a cloud-based private domain email service. Using Zoho Mail, you can sync data on the same system as Zoho Docs, Zoho Storage, Zoho CRM, and many more Zoho apps.
Zoho Mail allows you to create email with your own domain name completely free like [email protected] instead of shared email addresses like @gmail.com or @outlook.com.
I find it quite suitable for individuals or small businesses. And the mail management interface is also very nice.
1. Sign up for a Zoho Mail account here.
2. After registering an account you will be redirected to the page Admin Console.
3. Click on item Domain to add your domain name.
4. Verify the domain name in 1 of 3 ways:
5. Add MX SPF DKIM records to your domain's DNS manager.
Note in the DKIM record: you only fill in the zmail._domainkey
instead of zmail._domainkey.YOURDOMAIN
6. After pressing Verify All Records, if the records are marked with a green check mark, then you have finished configuring Mail by domain.
7. Create more emails at Zoho Mail by selecting Users → Add.
For the free account you can create up to 5 users and each account has 5GB of space.
With Zoho mail you can also configure it to be used in Outlook. I find Zoho's mail manager also very intuitive and easy to use.
In addition, Zoho also has an ecosystem that includes many free services. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.
